In a crowded space and seemingly saturated market where there are several alternatives, my client’s customized in-house project management system challenged the norm. It is loved for its gorgeous interface and little delightful interactions throughout the app.

Challenge
Rather than focusing on productivity, task distribution, and progress tracking, PMs spend a better part of their time familiarizing themselves with complex B2B alternatives.
This leads to reduced performance as team members have to learn to use them as well.
The plan
Objective
The ultimate goal is to allow teams to collaborate, plan, schedule, and track projects effectively. Considering how overwhelming other alternatives are, there lies a pressing need to simplify the process for PMs and team members to improve their performance. Allowing them to deliver top-notch products, and solve complex business and user problems.
